The food, environment and service was amazing. I brought my fiancée on a Friday for date night and everything was great. Our server was also super down to earth and gave us a free kombucha : )
If you are in Boulder, definitely check it out!
Takla and Lama (the chefs) make you feel like family. Open mics on Tuesdays are talent blessed and the momos...!? Amazing. My favorites are the Thukpa with pork belly or salmon and the Fried Korean Chicken if you're going for a guilty pleasure. Loved it!
My favorite Resturant EVER! I am a bone broth making momma who understands and knows it's nourishing properties and low and behold I stumbled upon a restaurant that actually offers real home made bone broth on the menu and it is delicious! That alone won me over. To add to this hidden delight the rest of the food is stunning, delicious and pure. The atmosphere is elegant and hip with out being pretentious. Outstanding new restaurant off the beaten path. Get over to it and enjoy!
This is my favorite place to be ever! A home away from home! The food is so good it just melts in my tummy! Such friendly family vibe and a dope AF decor. If I was on death row this would be my last meal! Ask about the Joey Special ;)
My boyfriend and I ventured to Mandala Infusion for dinner recently, and we had an altogether *lovely* time. The dining atmosphere is beautiful, fresh and inviting. The staff was amazing, warm, polished, and well versed in the interesting fusion menu. We were lucky to experience live flaminco guitarists as well as an on site artist painting a stunning work. Now, to mention the cuisine -- the MoMo's are a dish I'll be craving and deliberately visiting Mandala Infusion on a regular basis now to delight in this delicious treat! They were cooked to perfection! And, the sauce was spicy -- the kind that you crave. Additionally, we tried the BBQ, a new Korean dish to me; it is also now a favorite dish. Don't fill up because dessert is something you don't want to miss! We had the apricot tort with raspberry sorbet. It was the perfect, not too sweet, not too heavy, refreshing, yummy bow to tie on top of an altogether beautiful and delicious evening. Thank you for all that went into bringing this to us in Boulder. We will certainly be back again and again.
